Normal office hours are 9 to 5, Monday to Friday.
Our specialist library is housed there.
Our permanent staff comprises Dr John Jackson - Chief Executive; Linda Clements - Office Manager; Jo Gagjee - Membership Secretary; and Linda Levy - Typist.

Our Honorary Officers are elected at the AGM each May.
The President is John Irving Besent from Norfolk
The Vice-President is Anthony Bosanquet from Monmouthshire
The Treasurer is Paul Whittle from Essex.

Each of our 21 Divisions has an elected Honorary Secretary who is a key player in organising local events such as outdoor meetings.
Each Division has a Chairperson and a local Committee.
